We recently bought a Spongebob computer game "The movie" and cant get past the 1st stage?

Part of the first chapter is you have to use a mop to move spongebob and we cannot work out how? Can anyone help?We recently bought a Spongebob computer game "The movie" and cant get past the 1st stage?

Use the mop to rearrange the letters on the menu board, the robot Spongebob will then automatically go to it to change it back. If he doesn't go automatically, you need to throw the wrench at him to make him work again, then he moves and you can pick up the jetpack.
