To trade in the Xbox you'll need all the cords and one controller. It doesn't matter if you don't have the case for the games, as long as they are in good condition. If they look all scratched up or something they can't sell to someone else, they will still take it, but for much less. As for the prices, I can't say, but they won't hurt you for coming in to see how much you'll get.
