My younger sister wants to play games on my laptop but she can't, why?

She wants to play some SpongeBob game on Nick.com but she cannot use the arrows to make the character move like on a regular desktop computer. Can someone help please, thanks.My younger sister wants to play games on my laptop but she can't, why?
did you have the game window clicked so it knows your trying to play the game and not just messing with the webpage?



EDIT: Try using the latest version of internet explorer?
What browser are you using, because I Know that older versions of SBC and explorer can sometimes have annoying sidebars that prohibit game playing. also check to make sure you click on the game window to make sure you are giving input to the game not the webpage.
