Yehuda is a board game enthusiast and a friend who made it his goal to find and list all of the existing Monopoly versions. His blog listing covers all of the game called Monopoly - [XXXXXX] Version, [XXXXX]-opoly games, and [City Name]-in-a-box, all of which are Monopoly clones. To be fair, not every one of those listed are "themed" versions, but the overwhelming majority of them are.

The BoardGameGeek.com listings for Monopoly number fewer than he lists, but is still a list of about 450 games with just the -opoly suffix, about another 40 as In-A-Box games, and many more Monopoly types and clones that aren't caught under a basic search.
There are now way too many to name. I'm sure they're listed somewhere, perhaps on Monopoly's website. We have two versions of Star wars Monopoly, plus Monopoly here and now and i want the pirates of the caribbean one. I have one I got from Pedigree dog food. Themed for our fine furry friends by Pedigree.

I had to turn in a zillion proofs of purchase, but with two Rottweilers, at 50# bags once a week, that was not very difficult!
