Does anyone know if you can "SAVE" a game in Spongebob Nighty Nightmare on a PC and if so, how? Thanks!

I'm running this game on a Dell DImension with XP. Works fine but need to" save " game so I can get my computer back from my 7 year old.Does anyone know if you can "SAVE" a game in Spongebob Nighty Nightmare on a PC and if so, how? Thanks!
Whatever the pause button is, hit it. It's usually Esc, but I've seen other buttons as well. Anyway, a pause menu should pop up, and one of the options should be "Save Game." If there IS a save game feature, that's where it'll usually be. Alternatively, read the game's manual for the exact method. Again, this is assuming that there IS a save function.
